Foreigners aren't exempt by the new compulsory mask guideline, an official said , following an unannounced review in North Kuta caught largely foreign nationals outside and around with no mask on.  In accordance with Suryanegara, nearly 80 percent of those men and women that were captured with no masks in Pererenan village were foreigners.  

A number reportedly reasoned they were wearing helmets or used automobiles to go about, and therefore didn't come into intimate contact with other men and women. "The principle stated that everybody who's out their houses need to wear masks.  When they don't wear masks, they'll be fined," he explained. While the precise amount of individuals from yesterday were not revealed, Satpol PP Badung fined 23 individuals  about the first evening of their compulsory mask ruler on Monday, although dozens of other violators were given warnings.
